January Meeting

 The Mystery Quilt Challenge is really coming along nicely...several folks shared their finished blocks during the Show'n'Tell portion of the meeting. So far, we have gotten instructions in October for 16" blocks, in November for 14" blocks, and in January for 12" blocks.

Rebecca also shared a quilted sweatshirt...very popular theme right now! ;)

Ann shared some bowl cozies and a gorgeous finished quilt for her home.

 BRAVO ladies for getting items finished with the holidays, winter weather, and other challenges!

December 2020 Christmas Party

 We had a great Christmas Party! Thanks so much to all of the ladies that made this such fun! As soon as we walked through the doors we were greeted by beautiful tablescapes. These are only a few of the beautiful nativity scenes that Fran Morris used to decorate with.

We played some games and then began a short class. All maintained there social distancing. We did not have refreshments this year, but everyone went home with a bag of cookie/candy treats made by members. 

There was also our monthly Show'n'Tell of objects finished. Here is Ann's gorgeous tree skirt!

...and Judy has more flange pillows to share. We so appreciate every FINISH that members acchieve...it just encourages all of us to get more of those dreaded UFO's completed.

We even got GIFTS! The exchange went well...but we did miss the "Dirty Santa" activity of the year before. But with distancing...it was best to do a straight one-to-one exchange this year.
